Services are marketed under the name Luke Walters. Stronghold Operations (SARL) is the issuing entity for contracts, quotes and invoices.

Nature of the services

Coaching is not therapy, medical care, or psychological treatment, and it is not legal advice. Coaching sessions are professional development and decision-support conversations. They do not diagnose or treat any medical or psychological condition. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, contact a doctor or the emergency services in your country.

Luke Walters is not a lawyer and does not provide legal advice. Where a client is navigating a legal matter, the work concerns the person and their decisions — never the legal case itself. Clients are responsible for retaining their own qualified legal counsel.

Terms of service

Prices. The six-week coaching container is €1,100 TTC (six one-hour sessions plus voice-note support between sessions, answered within 48 hours; no calls between sessions). A single coaching session is €200 TTC. All prices are TTC — French VAT (TVA) at 20% is included. Consulting work is quoted individually in writing, by Stronghold Operations (SARL), before any work begins.

Payment. Coaching is paid in full before the session is booked. Payments are processed by SumUp; card details are never seen or stored by Stronghold Operations or by Luke Walters. An invoice issued by Stronghold Operations (SARL) is available on request: billing@lukewalters.com.

Right of withdrawal. [TO CONFIRM WITH THE ACCOUNTANT — under French consumer law, a consumer buying a service at distance generally has a 14-day withdrawal right (art. L221-18 Code de la consommation), unless the service has been fully performed with the consumer's prior express agreement and their acknowledgement that the right is lost. Because coaching is paid before booking, the exact wording matters. Do not publish this page without it.]

Cancellation and rescheduling. A session may be moved once at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. With less than 24 hours' notice, or in the event of a no-show, the session is considered used. Container sessions must be taken within ten weeks of purchase.

Confidentiality. Everything said in a session stays between the client and Luke Walters, save where disclosure is required by law.

No guarantee of results. Coaching and consulting depend on the client's own actions. No specific business, financial, legal or personal outcome is promised.

Applicable law. These terms are governed by French law. [DISPUTE_CLAUSE — the consumer mediation body must be named, as required for B2C services in France.]

Privacy

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. No third-party script runs on these pages.

When you pay, your data is processed by SumUp; when you book, by Calendly — each under its own privacy policy. When you email, your message is processed by the email provider. Data you share in a session is kept confidential and is never sold, shared or used for advertising.
