Some people are the reason their business still stands. That is a heavy thing to be, and most of them are carrying it alone. I work with them — one to one, on what they are actually carrying, and on the systems that would let them put some of it down.
Who I am
None of it is theory. That's the whole offer.
I spent four and a half years running projects in the Gulf, for people who don't accept excuses.
I then ran my own company in France, alone — through litigation, bailiffs, financing and the administration that comes with it. Nobody was coming. I built BakeryAI, a working AI operations system, because I needed it — not because it was a product idea.
Through the years when it would have been easier to let go, I kept working and kept building. What held was eighteen years of practice, not motivation.
That is what I bring to a session: someone who has carried it, sitting with you while you work out how to carry yours.
